安装pytorch遇到的问题

已经按照教程安装好了cuda,pytorch.但是我导入torch时总报错啊，整了大半天了，提示Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable is not installed, this may lead to the DLL load failure.但是我都安装了呀！
